RISM BIV/3: 16. Jh.; 392 Blätter Papier + 1 eingeklebtes Vorsatzblatt, 405 x 270 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-390 (leere Blätter nicht foliiert); originale Foliierung nur von AI-XX und B I-III. Je Seite meist 7 rote Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmischer Choral- und weißer Mensuralnotation - Einband: datiert 1597; mit weißem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel.
Dieses Kantionale (pars hiemalis) ist 1567 zusammen mit CS-Pu XVII A 31 (pars aestivalis) für die Gesangsbruderschaft der Fleischer der Prager Neustadt geschrieben worden. Nachträge aus den Jahren 1596 (f. 375v) und 1611 (f. 379v). Seit Ende des 18. Jh. befindet sich die Handschrift in der Prager Universitätsbibliothek (vergleiche auch CS-Pu XVII A 39).
Inhalt: Die Texte sind ausschließlich tschech.: Antiphonen, Offizien und Kantionen.

Modern foliation, 1-390, excludes front flyleaf and two blank folios; original foliation, A I-XX and B I-III. Present covers of white leather over wooden boards dated 1597. Monophonic contents in Bohemian chant notation on red staves; polyphony on front flyleaf and new ff. 58-83, 373-374', copied in white mensural notation.
