Je Seite meist 7 Vier- oder Fünfliniensysteme mit meist roter F- und gelber c-Linie. Böhm.-deutsche Neumen (Metzer-Typus). - Einband: rotgefärbtes Pergament-Blatt aus der 1. Hälfte des 14. Jh.
Diese Handschrift enthält Offizien und Messen des 14. Jh. Sie stammt aus dem Prager St. Georgskloster. Seit dem Ende des 18. Jh. befindet sie sich in der Universitätsbibliothek Prag. Sie enthält nur ein mehrstimmiges Stück (4 Fünfliniensysteme untereinander).
Inhalt: Unter anderem ein Offizium des Hl. Wenzel. Ab f. 100 gröbere Schrift des 15. Jh. (?).
