Die Handschrift, ein Graduale für die Hauptfeste, besteht aus zwei Teilen: 1. f. 1-107: jüngerer Teil (16. Jh.); 2. f. 108-192: älterer Teil (vermutlich noch 15. Jh.). Die mehrstimmige Stücke stehen alle im zweiten Teil und sind in Partitur notiert. Einzelne Blätter fehlen; auch scheinen einige Blätter durcheinander geraten zu sein.
Inhalt: Alle Texte lat.: ab f. 70r Sequenzen; f. 108-130 Kyriale; ab f. 131 mehrstimmige Lektionen sowie Teile des Proprium und Commune sanctorum.
