A Missal from Krumlov Castle , produced by the vicar Petrus dictus Cleparz de Thym. Musical notation can be found only from f. 119; Polyphonic music only on f. 137v-139r.

RISM Description

RISM BIV/3: 15. Jh.; 141 Blätter Papier (f. 41-45 Pergament), 303 x 217 mm. Teilweise moderne Foliierung Je Seite 8 schwarze Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmischer Choralnotation (ab. f. 119). - Einband: 15. Jh.; Holzdeckel mit rot gefärbtem Leder überzogen.

Dieses Missale aus Krumlov wurde 1423 vom Vicarius Petrus dictus Cleparz de Thym vollendet. Notationen finden sich erst ab f. 119; Mehrstimmiges nur auf f. 137v-139r.

Inhalt: f. 1-2 Ordo missae; f. 3-118 Missale (Text; f. 41-45 Canon missae); f. 119-137 einstimmiges Matthäus- und Johannes-Passion; f. 137v-139 siehe Incipitverzeichnis; f. 139v-141 einstimmiges Liber generationis.

[Translation] 15th century; 141 paper leaves (parchment f. 41-45), 303 x 217 mm. Partially modern foliation. 8 black five-line staves per page with Bohemian chorale notation (from f. 119). Binding: 15th century, wooden boards covered with red-dyed leather.

This missal from Krumlov Castle was completed in 1423 by the vicar Petrus dictus Cleparz de Thym. Musical notation can be found only from f. 119; Polyphonic music only on f. 137v-139r.
