RISM Description

RISM B/IV 4: 14. Jh.; 156 Blätter Pergament + 16 später eingefügte Blätter Papier + Vorsatzblatt, 510 x 350 mm. Moderne Bleistiftfoliierung von f. 1-172. Je Seite 12 rote Vier- oder seltener Fünfliniensysteme mit Quadratnotation und einzelnen Rhomben. - Einband: 15. Jh. (?); mit braunem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel (stark defekt).

Dieses aus dem Dom von Cividale stammende Antiphonar wurde vermutlich im (späten ?) 14. Jh. geschrieben. Mehrstimmig sind nur zwei Stücke.

[Translation] 156 parchment leaves + 16 leaves of paper pasted later + title page, 510 x 350 mm. Modern pencil foliation on ff. 1-172. 12 red four-or five-line systems per page with square notation and various rhomboids. - Binding 15th century(?), with brown leather covered wooden boards (heavily damaged).

This Anitphoner is from the cathedral of Cividale and was created probably in the (late?) 14th century. There are only two pieces of polyphony.
