RISM BIV/3: 16. Jh.; 320 Blätter Papier 290 x 190 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-320. Je Seite bis zu 9 schwarzbraunen Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmischer Choralnotation (einstimmige Stücke) sowie schwarzer und vor allem weißer Mensuralnotation für die mehrstimmige Stücke. - Einband: vermutlich original 16. Jh.; mit Leder überzogene Holzdeckel.
Die Handschrift ist ein hussitisch-utraquistisches Gradual-Kantional (sog. Kantional Krolmusův) aus der Mitte des 16. Jh. Auf f. 1 findet sich die Datierung 1556/57. Ein jüngerer Teil der Handschrift beginnt mit f. 285. Im folgenden Incipitverzeichnis ist nur der ältere mehrstimmige Teil berücksichtigt. Die Handschrift wurde 1843 dem Národní Muzeum von Krolmus geschenkt.
Inhalt: f. 1-242 Böhmische Gradualgesänge (Ordinarium, Proprium) f. 243-269 Vespergesänge; f. 270-284 siehe Incipitverzeichnis; f. 285-320 mehrstimmige Kantionen in jüngerer Notation (in der Art der Stücke des im vorliegenden Band nicht berücksichtigten Kantionals Benešovský); auf dem letzten Blatt ein mensural notiertes Sanctus (beziehungsweise Agnus), das sich unter anderem in der Handschrift CS-Pu VI B 24, Nr. 11 findet. Alle Texte sind tschech.
