(einstimmig?) Kantionen in schwarzer Mensuralnotation.
[Translation] 15th century, 153 paper leaves (single parchment leaves), 215 x 147 mm. Binding: 15th-16th century, wooden boards covered with white leather.
This was previously in the Metropolitan Archive, Prague. The MS dates from the first half of the 15th century, and contains Epistolae, Carmina, interspersed with non-liturgical texts. Music is found only on the flyleaf, a bifolio glued to the front cover, consisting of a 15th-century liturgical hymn (antiphonary-manuscripts could). The modern single-sheet format is 140 x 107 mm (originally 150 x 110 mm). There must originally have been at least one additional sheet between the surviving two folios. Folios 1r and 2v are stuck down. F. 1v contains 4 four-line staves with Bohemian chorale notation of the early 15th Century, f. 2r contains a monophonic (?) latin song in black mensural notation.
