RISM BIV/3: 15. Jh.; 176 Blätter Pergament (darunter einzelne Papier-Blätter), 487 x 335 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. a, b, c, 1-173; originale Foliierung von f. 1-166. Je Seite 8 rote Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmischer Choralnotation und vereinzelter schwarzer Mensuralnotation - Einband: datiert 1575; mit weißem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, Blindpressung, Beschläge, Schließen.

Diese Handschrift ist ein lat. Gradual-Kantionale der Literatenbruderschaft von Jin-dřichův Hradec, dessen Hauptcorpus (Pergament-Blätter) um 1491 geschrieben worden ist (vergleiche f. 76v). Die Papier-Blätter f. a, b, c, 142 und 162-173 stammen aus dem 16. Jh.

176 parchment and paper folios, 487 x 335. Original foliation, 1-166; modern foliation, a-c + 1-173 (cited here). Covers of white tooled leather over boards, dated "DC LXXV" [= 1675]; metal corners and centerpiece. No index. Main corpus (mostly monophony) copied in Bohemian chant notation and black mensural notation; polyphony on new ff. c', 1-1', and 131'-133, copied in black mensural notation except for hymn on f. c', which is later addition in white mensural notation. Gothic style initials; primary initials illuminated, with marginal floral decoration.

Late 15th century (date 1491 on f. 76'), with additions in 17th century. Of Czech origin; belonged to confraternity of literati at Jindrichuv Hradec.
