RISM BIV/3: 15. Jh.; 352 Blätter Papier, 320 x 215 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-352; originale Foliierung von f. a I-XX bis r XXII. Je Seite 8 schwarze Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmischer Choralnotation und mensuralen Elementen. - Einband: 15./16. Jh.; mit braunem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel.
Dieses Graduale des späten 15. Jh., bei welchem die lateinische Texte später oft durch tschechisch ergänzt worden sind, stammt vermutlich vom Literatenchor in Žiželice (Bezirk Hradec Králové). Mehrstimmig ist nur ein Patrem.
