Je Seite 6 schwarze Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmischer Choralnotation und schwarzer Mensuralnotation - Einband: 16. Jh.; mit braunem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, Messingbeschläge.
Dieses tschechisch-utraquistische Graduale stammt aus dem 16. Jh., vermutlich aus Hradec Králové oder Bohdaneč (vergleiche den Besitzer- oder Benützervermerk auf f. 355: „Frantissek Antonin Polarzsky rodilo z Bohdancze Fohozeta (?) Cantor u swaté Anny 1746 4. Augusty".
