Provenance: Kukleny (a suburb of Hradec Králové) or Bohdanec; the manuscript once belonged to St. Anne's Church, Hradec Králové; inscription on f. 355: 'Frantissek Antonin Polarzsky rodilo z Bohdancze Fohozeta (?) Cantor u swaté Anny 1746 4. Augusty.'

RISM BIV/3: 16. Jh.; 355 Blätter Papier + 1 Vorsatzblatt, 310 x 195 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-355; originale Foliierung von A I-XX bis S VII (= moderne f. 9-355). Je Seite 6 schwarze Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmischer Choralnotation und schwarzer Mensuralnotation - Einband: 16. Jh.; mit braunem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, Messingbeschläge.

Dieses tschechisch-utraquistische Graduale stammt aus dem 16. Jh., vermutlich aus Hradec Králové oder Bohdaneč (vergleiche den Besitzer- oder Benützervermerk auf f. 355: „Frantissek Antonin Polarzsky rodilo z Bohdancze Fohozeta (?) Cantor u swaté Anny 1746 4. Augusty".

Inhalt: Alle Texte sind tschech.; f. 1-8 Kyrie, Antiphonen (nachgetragen); f. 9-355 Graduale (Proprium, Ordinarium).

Black mensural and chant notation. One main scribe; four additional scribes from the 17th century. Black, red, yellow, and blue initials, with some decoration.

Second half of 16th century (with some 17th century additions). Provenance: Kukleny (a suburb of Hradec Králové) or Bohdanec; the manuscript once belonged to St. Anne's Church, Hradec Králové; inscription on f. 355: "Frantissek Antonin Polarzsky rodilo z Bohdancze Fohozeta (?)
