RISM BIV/3: 16./17. Jh.; 531 Blätter Papier + 1 Vorsatzblatt, 420 x 290 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-531; originale Foliierung von A I-XX bis Dd IX (= moderne f. 9-531). Rote Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmischer Choralnotation, schwarzer und weißer Mensuralnotation - Einband: um 1600; mit weißem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel.
Dieses Kantionale ist in den Jahren 1599 und 1605 für die Literatenbruderschaft der Heiliggeist-Kirche von Hradec Králové geschrieben worden (vergleiche f. 476 und f. 484). Nachträge sind mit 1618 (f. 150) und 1652 (f. 325v) datiert.
