RISM BIV/3:16. Jh.; 403 Blätter Pergament, 570 x 365 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-403. Aus der originale Foliierung (wie A-Wnl5503) ergibt sich, daß heute mehrere Blättter fehlen. Je Seite bis zu 9 rote Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmischer Choralnotation (zum Teil mit mensuralen Elementen). Reich mit Miniaturen geschmückt. — Einband: 16. Jh.; mit Pergament überzogene Holzdeckel.
Die Handschrift, ein von J. Táborský und A. Kazybaba geschriebenes und 1568 datiert tschechisches Graduale, wurde offenbar nach dem Vorbild des elf Jahre älteren Cod. A-Wn15503 angefertigt.
Inhalt: Stimmt weitgehend mit Cod. A-Wn15503 überein.
