Die aus dem Kloster Lambach stammende und daher auch als Lambacher Liederbuch bekannte Sammelhandschrift des 15. Jh. (ca. 1470-1485) enthält nur von f. 107-188 Musikalisches. Bis 1822 befand sie sich in Lambach, ab 1830 in Wien. Eine alte Foliierung und die einheitliche Schrift weisen auf ursprüngliche Selbständigkeit des musikalischen Teils, der mehrere Konkordanzen mit der MondseeLiederhandschrift (A-Wn2856) enthält, hin. Die ursprüngliche Reihenfolge der Blätter dieses Teils ist durch falsches Einbinden in Unordnung geraten: moderne f. 107-126 = originale f. XXI-XL; f. 127-134 = f. XI-XX (2 Blätter fehlen); f. 135-152 ohne alte Foliierung; f. 153-158 = f. I-X (4 Blätter fehlen); f. 159-166 = f. LXI-LXX (2 Blätter fehlen); f. 167-176 ohne alte Foliierung; f. 177-188 = f. CI-CXII. Je Seite stehen 5 rote Vierliniensysteme mit deutscher Choralnotation des 15. Jh. (ab f. 167 teilweise mit mensuralen Elementen). Die zwei einzigen mehrstimmigen Stücke sind in Mensural-notation, jedoch von derselben Hand wie die einstimmige, geschrieben.

Insgesamt waren 7 Schreiberhände beteiligt.
