RISM BIV/3: 13/15. Jh.; 275 Blätter (f. 1-10 Pergament, f. 11-275 Papier), 217 x 150 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-275; Foliierung des 15. Jh. von f. 1-23. - Einband: 15. Jh.; mit weißem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel.

Die ersten 10 Blätter dieser aus der Benediktiner-Abtei Mondsee stammenden Handschrift gehören dem 13., das Übrige sowie die einzige musikalische Eintragung auf f. 10v der zweiten Hälfte des 15. Jh. an. Die Intavolierung des Kyrie ist auf 4 Vierliniensystemen notiert. Oberstimme: zu einzelnen Puncta (*) aufgelöste gotische Choralnotation mit vereinzelten mensuralen Andeutungen; Unterstimme: Buchstabennotation
