Im hinteren Deckel sind zwei zusammengehörige Papierdoppelblätter vom Format 150 x 110 mm mit teilweise mehrstimmigen Stücken in Mensuralnotation des frühen 15. Jh. aufgeklebt. Je Seite 6 schwarze Fünfliniensysteme Unterhalb dieser beiden Blätter befinden sich zwei weitere Fragmente von zwei Blätter (sehr stark beschnitten).
