- Jh.; 442 Bll. Pap., 510X370mm. Mod. Fol. von f. 1-442. Je Seite bis zu 8 Fünfliniensyst. mit böhm. Choralnot., schwarzer und ganz vereinzelt weißer Mensuralnot. - Einband: 16. Jh.; mit Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, Messingbeschläge u. -schließen.
Die Hs. ist ein utraquistisches Graduale, das 1559 für den Literatenchor der Andreaskirche in Trebechovice geschrieben worden ist. Eine zeitgenössisehe Notiz beschreibt die Rettung des Graduales beim Brand des Städtchens im Jahre 1567. Heute fehlen in der Hs. 13 Bll, wohl z. T. bedingt durch die Zensurierung von 1755.
