Original covers of brown and tan tooled leather over cardboard, in poor condition. Two additional fragmentary folios from same manuscript now glued inside front and back covers as endpapers; both contain Magnificat fragments.

128 paper folios, 531 x 379 (two additional fragmentary folios from same manuscript now glued inside front and back covers as endpapers; both contain Magnificat fragments). Some original folios missing at beginning and end; new ff. 124-126 torn in half diagonally. Folios trimmed, obliterating most original foliation and some attributions. Modern pencil foliation on lower right rectos, 1-126 ("103" and "116" applied to two consecutive folios); earlier foliation on upper right rectos, now incomplete and inconsistent due to loss of folios. Original covers of brown and tan tooled leather over cardboard, in poor condition. No index. Copied by a single scribe. Staff height 25. Inked calligraphic initials.
