Main body of manuscript contains religious statutes, a Latin/Czech dictionary, and other miscellaneous writings; a single scribe added music on leaves originally left blank at end (= new ff. 133'-135 and 136'). No initials or decoration. Watermarks similar, but not identical to Briquet #1245, #2122, and #12463.

Ca. 1470-80 (music); non-musical portions date from ca. 1349-53 and 1458. Of Czech origin; specific provenance unknown. In cathedral library at Olomouc by 17th century; transferred to Statni Archiv before 1971.
