Modern foliation, entered after the loss of the opening folios of each piece, but before any other folios were removed. Modern covers of half-vellum. No index remains. Neatly copied by a single scribe. Secondary initials are carefully executed, in various colors.
Ca. 1510-20, on the basis of similarity to such manuscripts as JenaU 5, JenaU 7, JenaU 12, etc. (HoffM). From Ghent, Bruges, or Antwerp (HoffM); characteristic German choirbook format (Rifkin).
