RISM B IV/3: 16. Jh.; 236 Blätter Papier + 2 Vorsatzblätter, 450 x 305 mm. Moderne Bleistiftfoliierung von 1-236; originale Foliierung von a 1-20 bis M 20. Je Seite bis zu 7 rote Fünfliniensysteme (f. 234v-236v: 12 Systeme) mit böhmischer Choral- und schwarzer Mensuralnotation (Nachträge zum Teil in weißer Notation). — Einband: 16. Jh.; mit braunem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, defekte Beschläge.
Die Handschrift ist ein böhm.-utraquistisches Kantionale, das in den Dreißigerjahren des 16. Jh. geschrieben worden ist (vergleiche Jahrzahlen 1537, 1538, 1540). Es stammt aus der Werkstatt J. Táborskýs. Die Nachträge reichen zum Teil bis ins 19. Jh. (vergleiche f. 144: 1869). Das Kantionale scheint bis 1930 im Gebrauch gewesen zu sein (vergleiche f. 30).
