A collection of theological and medical treatises, sermons, fables, etc. f. 175-183v contains latin spiritual lyrics, some with melodies (f. 175r—178r). The only polyphony is a Christmas song, at the end. Thought to come from the monastery at Vyšší Brod.

Diese vermutlich aus dem Kloster Vyšší Brod stammende Handschrift des 15. Jh. enthält theologische und medizinische Traktate, Sermones, Fabeln unter anderem. Auf f. 175-183v finden sich geistliche lat. Liedtexte, davon einige mit in schwarzer Mensuralnotation aufgezeichneten Melodien (f. 175r—178r). Mehrstimmig ist nur der Schluß eines Weihnachtsliedes.
