Diese vermutlich aus dem Kloster Vyšší Brod stammende Handschrift des 15. Jh. enthält theologische und medizinische Traktate, Sermones, Fabeln unter anderem. Auf f. 175-183v finden sich geistliche lat. Liedtexte, davon einige mit in schwarzer Mensuralnotation aufgezeichneten Melodien (f. 175r—178r). Mehrstimmig ist nur der Schluß eines Weihnachtsliedes.
