RISM B IV/3: 16. Jh.; 313 Blätter Pergament + je 1 Vorsatz- und Nachstoßblatt (Pergament), 575 x 375 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-313; originale Foliierung von a I-XX bis q XII (= moderne foliierung 2-313). Je Seite 11 rote Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmischer Choral- und schwarzer Mensuralnotation - Einband: 2. Hälfte 16. Jh.; mit weißem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel mit schweren Beschlägen.
Dieses neu-utraquistische Graduale wurde 1560 in der Werkstatt des Jan Táborský für die Literatenbruderschaft von Teplice geschrieben (vergleiche f. 1).
Inhalt: Alle Texte sind tschech. - f. 2-52 Kyrie, Gloria, Sanctus; f. 53ff. Proprium missae; f. 191ff. Sequenzen; f. 282ff. mehrstimmige Patrem, Sanctus, Agnus.
