A Discantus partbook from a set of six volumes. Main layer copied by three scribes; later additions by three different scribes, including Torstenius Rhyacander, who copied B. Cellarius Mass. Copied in Stockholm? Owned by German Church in Stockholm, whose collection (=Tyska Kyrkans Samling) was donated to present library in 1874.

*Motet "Ego dormio et cor meum" (#13) originally attributed to "Canis" in all books. In B index, later hand crossed out "Canis" and added "Clemens non Papa."

6 paper partbooks (D-82 folios, A-66, T-69, B-69, Q-46, S-78), 145 x 200 (S book measures 155 x 205). No foliation or pagination. Main layer has original ink numbering of pieces, 1-32; last four pieces unnumbered. Each book has section of folios (D-32, A-13, T-17, B-22, Q-3, S-52) which are blank, or have blank staves only. Original covers of parchment cut from liturgical manuscript, inscribed with voice designations. Original index at beginning of each book lists motets of main layer, in order of appearance, with attributions. Main layer copied by three scribes; later additions by three different scribes, including Torstenius Rhyacander, who copied B. Cellarius Mass. Some small inked initials. Late 16th century (dates 1581 and 1598 in manuscript). Copied in Stockholm? Owned by German Church in Stockholm, whose collection [= Tyska Kyrkans Samling] was donated to present library in 1874.
