General Description

Polyphony on ff. 2', 3', 5', 6'-8', copied by a single scribe, apparently the Bernardine monk 'Frater Severinus' named in dedicatory inscription on f. 8'. Probably copied at Bernardine monastery in Kobylin; dedication to Uriel of Poniec, lector at Bernardine monastery in Poznań. Acquired in late 19th century by the philologist Bolesław Erzepki of Poznań; passed to Raczynski library following Erzepki's death in 1932.

Polyphony on ff. 2', 3', 5', 6'-8', copied by a single scribe, apparently the Bernardine monk "Frater Severinus" named in dedicatory inscription on f. 8'.
