RISM B IV/3: 16. Jh.; 433 Blätter Pergament, 595 x 395 mm. Originale Foliierung von f. a I-XVIII und so weiter bis v XV (mehrere Blätter fehlen); moderne Foliierung von f. 1-344 (originale f. a I = moderne f. 3). Je Seite bis zu 10 rote Vier- oder Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmischer Choralnotation und schwarzer Mensuralnotation — Einband: original 16. Jh.; mit weißem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, Metallbeschläge.
Neben dem Franus-Kantional (CS-HK II A 6) enthält diese Pracht-Handschrift, ein Graduale, die umfangreichste Sammlung an polyphonen Werken utraquistischer Herkunft. Möglicherweise wurden einige Stücke direkt aus dem Franus-Kantional kopiert. Doch sind die Notationen im Chrudim-Graduale oft zuverlässiger. Die Handschrift wurde von 1530 bis 1549 von Johannes Táborský geschrieben (vergleiche f. 2r und 307v). Einige heute fehlende Blätter sind vermutlich 1738 anläßlich einer Zensur herausgeschnitten worden. Im Register (f. 1 und 2) sind die mehrtextigen Stücke als Cantilenae bezeichnet.
Inhalt: Die Texte sind fast ausnahmslos lat.: f. 1-2 Register; f. 3-25 Kyrie, Gloria; f. 25v-44v Sanctus, Agnus; f. 45-227v Proprium und Commune, Sequenzen; f. 228-247v Patrem; f. 248-307v Kantionen; f. 308-344 Motetten (Cantilenae).
