Polyphony on ff. 114'-115. "Chwala thobye goszpodzinie" (for St. Stanislaus) and textless contratenor copied by one scribe; three-voice textless piece (for St. John Capistrano, according to rubric) added slightly later by a second scribe.
Ca. 1452-6 (music); 1425-88 (remainder of manuscript). Copied in Krakow; formerly owned by Benedictine monastery on Holy Cross Mount. Moved to Kórnik before 1831.
