General Description

I folio of polyphony in a miscellaneous collection of poetry, letters, photographs, etc. The recto of the the polyphony-bearing folio has the Altus part for Lapicida's 'Sacerdos et pontifex' (honoring Bernhard von Cles on his appointment as Bishop of Trent in 1514); verso blank. The DTB parts for the same motet are now Part II of Trent AS 105. Possibly copied by Erasmus Lapicida, in Heidelberg, and sent as gift to Bernhard von Cles (1485-1539), Bishop of Trent and secretary to Emperor Maximilian I.
