First fragment contains tenor for hymn "Exultet coelum" and discantus for "Lo zorno me consume"; second fragment contains discantus for "Hor su correr voglio a morte."
Early 16th century. Copied in northern Italy, probably at Mantua. Found in Mantuan monastery by "Magg(io)re d'artigleria Cav. Stella" in 1885 (inscription in folder); given to Archivio Gonzaga in Mantua, now incorporated in Archivio di Stato.
