GautierB is one of the sources of Gautier de Coincy's Miracles de Nostre Dame. It is written in semi-Gothic script in 2 columns. The latter part of the manuscript contains a copy of Robert Grosseteste's Le Château d'amours, beginning at f. 228v. . The only polyphonic work is De sainte Leochade, la virge (incipit as GautierS) on f. 103v-104.

yellow-brown mottled paper covers over pulp boards; the spine is of parchment and bears the gilt title 'Vie de N.D.' The ribbed paper flyleaves at each end belong to this binding.
