Je Seite 10 rote Vierliniensysteme (f. 142r zum Teil Fünfliniensysteme) mit Quadratnotation - Einband: mit weißem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, Blindpressung, Schließen; eingeritzt: 1607; Aufschrift: Graduale pro choro abba[tiae].
Dieses aus dem 13. Jh. stammende Graduale aus dem Zisterzienserkloster Salem enthält auf f. 142r/v einige Eintragungen aus dem 15. Jh. (Ordinariumssätze), darunter das einzige zweistimmige Kyrie.
