1 fragmentary parchment folio, ca. 178 x 212. Very poor condition; music almost illegible. No foliation remains. Preserved loose in modern paper folder. Two fragmentary voices of Hygons motet on recto, copied in white mensural notation with black coloration; Sanctus fragment on verso copied by a different scribe, in black mensural notation with red coloration. Staff height 15. Staves in red ink; no other decoration.
