RISM B/IV 4: 14./15. Jh.; 152 Blätter Pergament (f. 1 ursprüngliches Schutzblatt?), 505 x 350 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-152. Je Seite f. 2-151r 16 rote Vierliniensysteme mit Quadratnotation; f. 1v und f. 151v-152v: 16, 10, 13, 4 und 3 Fünfliniensysteme mit schwarzer und vereinzelt weißer Mensuralnotation - Einband: modern; Leinenband mit Lederrücken.
Diese Handschriften des späten 14. oder frühen 15. Jh. ist ein Sarum Graduale (f. 2-151r). Das erste und die zwei letzten Blätter sind im 15. Jh. mit einzelnen, zu mehrstimmigen Kompositionen gehörigen Unterstimmen (sog. Squares) beschrieben worden (vergleiche Literatur: H. Baillie).
